Project FeederWatch
June 2008 Sightings
Project Feeder Watch ended in
April. We will keep you up-to-date on sightings at the
feeders. The most common native birds
spotted were Mourning Doves and American Goldfinches.
Robins and
Purple Martins are on the grounds
of Lakeside Nature Center, though they aren't feeder birds.
The
Chimney Swifts are sitting
on their eggs in the swift tower in the center. We've even seen
Mallards
in the stream behind the Center.
