Free Rain Garden Classes

What is a rain garden and why would I want one?  Come find out all about rain gardens and how they can solve drainage problems.  Learn how to design and install a rain garden for your yard.  Discover the importance of native plants.  Take home sample plans, plant lists and a list of local resources.  we will spend 2 hours in the classroom and then go outside to discuss the design and help install the plants in a rain garden near the front entrance to Lakeside Nature Center.
